There is no doubt that you want this book in your library

By MTebooks on April 22, 2015

This book is here to assist you in preparing sessions that will appeal to both preschoolers and older adults leaving you time to enjoy all the benefits these groups provide. Structured around 15 themes you will find more than enough materials to fill a school year full of weekly sessions. When I got my hands on JoAnn’s book, I was able to turn around a proposal for an intergenerational program at our local Y within a week. JoAnn gives you the nuts and bolts considerations for starting an intergenerational music program as well as plenty of session plans to use with your group and adapt according to their needs. If you want to work with older adults and preschoolers together, there is no doubt that you want this book in your library. -Rachelle Norman

I was so impressed

By MTebooks on April 22, 2015

As an ASD teacher/consultant for 35 years, I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa in my classroom, and I was very excited to hear of the launch of the “My House” book. Using personalized visuals along with music is an amazing and practical method to improve language and communication skills. I was so impressed, I purchased a book for a young family member, and the response was very positive. Hats off to Lisa!! -Julie Hutchinson
